Went here after being referred by multiple colleagues. First I would like to acknowledge I believe her name is nisha she greeted me with a warm smile and was very helpful and sweet. Wayne handled my vehicle and was amazing with keeping me updated on my repairs. The whole team was amazing!

Where to start... I suppose at the beginning. I was born on a mostly clear, sunny day in 1991. Through a series of events I was lead into purchasing a 2022 Chevrolet (Chevy if you will) Blazer. Unfortunately, it was destined to get stolen and returned to me with some damage to it. Unsure where to go for the repairs, I confided in my friend Ralph Barbosa and asked him “where do you recommend I take it to get fixed? Preferably a company that’s known to give impeccable customer service and that also has a good marketing budget that can afford a rising B-list celebrity in their adds” That’s what led me to you guys, and boy was he right. Upon entering I was greeted by Nisha. She is definitely the best receptionist in the history of receptions. She taught me how to live and laugh, all whilst simultaneously loving. Such a sweet lovely woman, I just hope she gets a raise soon. Kevin Flores was the estimator assigned to my claim. Three words. Handsome handsome handsome. Also really good estimator! Definitely belongs on the Mount Rushmore of estimators. Right next to 3 other Kevin Flores’ Over all I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. To the technician, the pdr guy,

The service was fantastic! Sergio was so helpful. The manager and front dest assistant was also very nice, kind, and honest. There was a mistake on overpayment and the manager ran to my car to address the mistake before I drove off. What wonderful integrity and customer service! The entire staff is 5 star status! Sergio was very attentive and executed flawless customer service and he listened to my needs. Very rare nowadays, but this visit to crash champions, gave me hope that customer service still exists and is important to businesses. This location also executed with my vehicle repairs and impeccable timing. Sergio call with my completion time estimate and he was 100% accurate. They actually finished early. What a wonderful establishment! Crash Champions on Pioneer Rd I really enjoyed my visit. It was pleasant and I'll definitely be back!

First thing I want to say is everything went so smooth with my situation. It was no confusion, no worries, no problems at all. Kevin Flores went above and beyond to take care of me even when I came back the second time to get my lights adjusted. Everyone was on point and nice in the front. I’m actually happy I chose this place. They took care of my ride and it was ready in no time. I had to give the guy a hug upon arrival because I was so happy. I would definitely come back if I had to and recommend this company.
